I- Implement: putting what we have learned in step and two into practice.

T- Transformation: where you are starting to see the results from all of the work we have done in the first 3 steps, we keep working and we adjust your plan as need to keep those results rolling.

E- Evolve: The end point, your goal is reached, programming is over and your have attained a sustainable change.
